Time Equities' home in Midtown South, 55 Fifth Avenue, was designed by architects Maynicke and Franke in the Beaux Arts Style. Completed in 1910, the building is a classic example of a pre-war modern office building.  Its unique position as the southernmost office building on Fifth Avenue, combined with its height and oversized windows provide sweeping views of the city.  55 Fifth Avenue is unquestionably one of the premiere office buildings in the area.

55 Fifth Avenue is home to a variety of businesses and organizations.  The office tower portion of the building begins on the 12th floor ascending through the 18th floor with stair access to the penthouse.  These upper floors are serviced by three elevators and a private lobby midblock on Fifth Avenue between 12th and 13th streets.  The lower 11 floors of the building are owned and occupied by Cardoza School of Law with their own seperate entrance on the corner of 11th Street and Fifth Avenue. The office tower is accessible 24/7 and its lobby is staffed full time.

In recent years the allure for the traditonal blue-suit midtown office towers has been replaced by the open collar  informal workplace of downtown Manhattan. Closed-door meetings have been substituted by an open and collaborative space. More and more, tenants are finding that the pre-war buildings with dramatic ceiling heights, classic charm and aesthetics are a good fit for their companies.

As both owners and occupants of 55 Fifth Avenue, our goals are a continued drive to create bright new spaces with a focus on design and a commitment to producing dramatic offices that maximize the building's natural beauty. We are consistently motivated to meet and exceed our tenant's expectations and provide they and their clients a unique experience in the building.

Welcome to 55 Fifth Avenue. Welcome Home.
